Are you a software engineer with the ambition and capability to be be our tech lead? Do you want to work in a small, dynamic team in an ambitious startup? We are offering you a seat at the table of one of the most promising social impact ventures right now. You will get the opportunity to influence and shape thousands of charitable causes and the people they’re helping.
We’re looking for a full stack developer to help us change the world!

About Kinder

The world of donating and doing good is broken. Because of their (social) media habits young people are constantly confronted with the world’s problems, which overwhelm and numb them. Donors find it hard to choose a cause, because they have no insights as to the impact their contribution will have. They don’t know how to evaluate a charitable organisation which naturally leads to suspicion about how their money is being spent.

The challenge is pretty clear. Could we get people to donate (more)? Fund only the most effective causes? Help charitable organisations be more efficient and effective? Help them spend less time and energy on fundraising? Help downsize overhead costs? Regain young people’s trust in the donating sector? Here’s the good news: we totally can!

Bright future

Using smart apps and platforms, Kinder presents the audience with the most effective causes to choose from; and helps selected charitable organisations to improve their work.

Kinder motivates the audience to donate to causes that fit their interests and shares stories about the world of doing good to inspire others. Furthermore, Kinder helps with decreasing the fundraising and overhead costs of the charitable organisations, so they can focus on what’s really important: their projects and their beneficiaries.
